We are looking for an E-Commerce Conversion & Retention Specialist to join a workwear company who are rapidly growing. You will be responsible for analysing website performance, identifying customer drop-off points (such as abandoned carts and exit pages), and implementing targeted strategies to re-engage and retain customers through digital and social media channels.The RoleUsing tools like Google Analytics and other E-Commerce dashboards you will monitor and analyse key metrics such as bounce rate, conversion rate, track customer behavior and journey through the site to identify where users are exiting or failing to convert.You will also design and implement automated email and SMS campaigns to recover abandoned carts, test and optimise messaging, timing, and offers to increase recovery rates. Duties will involve deploying exit-intent popups and on-site messaging to reduce bounce rate as well as setting up retargeting campaigns through programmatic advertising channels.You will also develop and execute personalised outreach campaigns via email, SMS, and social media to re-engage lost or inactive customers.
