- Manage and deliver the UK eShop revenue and margin plan.
- Ensure the digital marketing communications budget is allocated across channels and campaigns that maximise ROI and overall contribution margin.
- Conduct ecommerce forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Manage digital content, including copy, images, and promotional materials.
- Propose developments for the European ecommerce platforms based on UK business requirements
- Benchmark against market leaders to ensure best practices and optimise customer journeys.
- Attend European eBusiness release meetings and manage local UK deployment plans.
- Develop and implement online marketing plans for B2C and B2B, integrating various channels (eg SEO, SEA, affiliate marketing, social media, and mobile marketing).
- Responsible for online channel integration and development, including websites, mobilesites, ebooking platforms, apps, and microsites.
- Analyse market and competitor trends
- Implement online campaigns and promotions in line with the annual marketing calendar
- Drive an integrated approach to target B2B and B2C customers, both online and offline.
- Collaborate with the offline and category marketing teams to ensure a coherent marketing strategy across all channels.
- Review relevant internal systems and processes with business stakeholders to improve the end-to-end customer journey
- Experience in multi-site, B2C retail marketing and online marketing for B2B and B2C.
- Expertise in digital marketing within a transactional ecommerce environment.
- Strategic management of significant marketing budgets.
- Strong project management experience in a multi-site environment.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver projects on time.
