Start: September 2025A creative, child-led school near the coast is looking for a Year 3 Class Teacher to join them in the new academic year. This school has a strong focus on outdoor learning, cross-curricular planning, and project-based teaching. The leadership team is supportive but lets teachers shape their own style – if you love to get creative with your planning, you’ll thrive here.The class is a settled group of 29 pupils, with one child on the SEND register and a full-time TA supporting.The ideal candidate will:Be confident teaching KS2 (Year 3 or 4 experience preferred)Have high expectations but a nurturing approachHold QTS and an up-to-date DBS (on the update service)Regular CPD, ECTs supported, and there’s even a sea view from the staff room!
