One day you might be mapping the strategy for an enterprise-wide process change, the next you'll be engaging leaders across multiple business units to align priorities, overcome barriers, and drive adoption.You'll:
  • Shape & deliver transformational initiatives that support strategic objectives.
  • Engage stakeholders at every level - from operational teams to Board members - ensuring everyone is informed, aligned, and empowered.
  • Manage change lifecycles from definition and planning to full adoption, benefits realisation, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide governance and insight to keep progress transparent and stakeholders confident.
🎯 What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in business change delivery, from operating model shifts to organisational transformation.
  • The ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and tangible results.
  • Confident engagement with C-Level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in planning, communication, analysis, and reporting - delivering at pace.
  • Expertise in facilitating workshops, building networks for change, and creating compelling change communications.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and project tools.
Bonus points for:
  • Degree or equivalent in business, change, or technology.
  • Strong experience in business transformation and large-scale change initiatives.
