- Alignment of Global Cyber Claims Strategy: In collaboration with local claims teams and leadership, establish and drive a cohesive claims strategy across all regional markets, ensuring consistency and optimal performance with vendors and local teams.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a leading resource on cyber claims, providing expert guidance and insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Thought Leadership: Engage with industry forums, conferences, brokers, marketing and publications to share expertise and position the organization as a leader in cyber claims.
- Data Improvement and Utilization: Develop and implement strategies for improving claims data accuracy, accessibility, and utilization to inform decision-making and optimize claims outcomes globally.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with local claims teams and cyber leaders, including underwriting and cyber services to ensure the alignment and integration of cyber claims strategies.
- Training and Development: Lead and support the training and development of claims professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills in cyber claims.
- Vendor Strategy Consistency: Develop and implement a consistent strategy for managing vendors involved in the cyber claims process, ensuring quality and efficiency across all regions.
