- Deliver a community engagement strategy across NHG's community centres, ensuring smooth daily operations and strong stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee bookings, compliance, and facilities management, ensuring health and safety, data protection, and financial controls are in place.
- Build partnerships with local authorities, community groups, and third-party organisations to deliver impactful programmes and services.
- Monitor and evaluate centre activities, ensuring services meet community needs and deliver value for money.
- Support resident consultation and feedback processes, using data to shape and improve services.
- Manage budgets, contractors, and facilities-related tasks, ensuring high standards and financial sustainability.
- Identify and manage risks related to service delivery, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and GDPR requirements.
- Review and improve policies and procedures for each centre to ensure they are fit for purpose and community-focused.
- Where appropriate, identify and support third-party organisations to manage centres on NHG's behalf, ensuring alignment with NHG's values and resident needs.
- Experience managing community spaces or delivering programmes that meet community needs.
- Strong understanding of facilities management, health and safety, and GDPR compliance.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, including processing invoices, and deliver services against KPIs.
- Effective IT skills, including intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Experience working with third-party providers or managing partnerships.
- Knowledge of social value frameworks or community development strategies.
