- Knowledge of use of databases
- Experience of working with people with varying levels of communication skills/abilities

- Ability to express self clearly and accurately both in writing and orally
- Ability to maintain accurate and up to date records
- Effective communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to communicate to service users, families and carers on sensitive issues
- Effective IT skills including use of M365 applications, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels and with a wide range of internal/external agencies
- Understanding and ability to maintain confidentiality, Data Protection and Caldicott
- Know when to make decisions within delegation and know when to seek advice and guidance
- Ability to contribute to planning, co-ordination and monitoring of services
- Ability to rearrange and prioritise workload to meet the needs of the service
- Willing to undertake appropriate professional development
- Ability to demonstrate commitment to CPG core values
- Flexible working that may include occasional weekends to meet the needs of the service
- Literacy and numeracy skills minimum Level 2
- NVQ 3 in business administration or equivalent
- IT qualification such as ECDL or extensive demonstrable experience of using IT software
