We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Engineer Biomedical to join our specialist team at MTS delivering medical equipment support to Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH).You'll play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of biomedical devices - helping to keep essential healthcare services running smoothly. If you're passionate about service excellence and ready to make a real difference, we would love to hear from you.What You'll Do:Carry out planned and corrective maintenance (PPM and remedial) on a variety of medical devicesWork to manufacturer specifications and quality standardsCollaborate closely with the Team Leader to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Ensure accurate and timely completion of service records and administrative documentationTravel to various customer sites and represent Sodexo with professionalism and careMaintain safe working practices in line with health and safety policiesConsult with third-party suppliers for parts and quotesMaintain tools, test equipment, and spare stockWhat You Bring:At least 2 year's experience in a biomedical engineering environmentFull UK driving licenceGood organisational skills and attention to detailUnderstanding of service-level KPIs and commitment to quality standardsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA proactive and problem-solving approachWhat we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
