
Field Service Engineer – Medical Products and Devices

- In-situ service, maintain, and repair a range of medical devices and equipment
- Carry out preventative maintenance, test and calibration to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimising downtime for healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements. (service reports and site visit records)
- Manage spare parts, tools, and company vehicle stock effectively.
- Work closely with the technical support and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a field service engineering role, ideally within medical devices, biomedical engineering, or healthcare technology.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Strong IT and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Flexible approach to travel and working hours (overnight stays will be required).
- Full UK driving licence (clean).
