With the service set to open in January 2026, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Team Manager to help shape the service from the very beginning - from recruitment and team building to service design and transition planning.💡 Why This Role Is Unique

🌈 What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a confident and compassionate leader who is:
  • Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent experience)
  • A driver with access to a vehicle
  • Experienced in supporting people with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions
  • Skilled in team management, staff development, and service improvement
  • Passionate about person-centred care and achieving positive outcomes

  • Lead and develop a brand-new team of support workers
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Work closely with families, professionals, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and organisational policies
