
Solutions Marketing Manager

- Develop and refine a data-driven approach to understanding customer needs, industry trends, and competitive differentiation for Iterable Solutions
- Conduct research and analyze customer insights (win-loss interviews, usage data, customer feedback) to inform value-led positioning & messaging strategy
- Scale industry expertise, developing differentiated solutions & strategies to tailor Iterable use cases and applications across verticals (ex. Retail, Consumer App, etc)
- Partner with Content Marketing, Integrated Marketing, and Demand Generation team to develop high-impact content strategy to showcase Iterable's differentiated value
- Lead the development of solution narratives that align with customer pain points and demonstrate ROI-driven benefits.
- Partner with Go-To-Market leadership to develop the Iterable Insights Program, prioritizing roadmap for content development and organizational enablement
- Develop content and collateral to support field outreach that aligns business value to platform solutions and differentiated capabilities
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify recurring pain points and opportunities that inform messaging and market strategy.
- Enable the Sales team with storytelling frameworks, use cases, and competitive insights that help drive deal velocity.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects, customers, and internal teams by providing expert insights on industry trends, business challenges, and best practices.
- Bias for action and a self-starter mindset - comfortable operating with ambiguity, learning from feedback, and iterating for success.
- Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data and research to inform marketing strategy
- Experience in Marketing Strategy or a similar strategic go-to-market role.
- Strong executive presence, GSD muscle, comfort with ambiguity & a solution orientation mindset
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Exceptional ability to translate technical product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.
- Proven experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Ability to explain strategy and concepts to various audiences, including executives, practitioners, and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and content strategy/development skills.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, martech, or customer engagement platforms preferred.
- Experience with Challenger Sales Methodology preferred
