- Salary up to £33,000 per year (DOE) + Uncapped Bonus
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, half-day Saturday
- Holidays: 30 days including bank holidays
- Leading and supporting a small team to deliver excellent customer service
- Assisting in the day-to-day running of the service centre alongside the Centre Manager
- Carrying out MOT inspections and overseeing vehicle repairs and servicing
- Driving business performance by maximising sales, margins, and customer satisfaction
- Managing stock levels, merchandising, and workshop planning
- Handling customer interactions both proactively and professionally
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Supporting administrative duties and other operational tasks as required
- Ideally, have an MOT certification (Class 4 or higher)
- Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on workshop experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or team lead role
- A customer-focused attitude with a drive to exceed expectations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in a fast-fit centre or main dealer environment is highly desirable
