Fast Fit Branch / Centre Manager Required in Birmingham
  • Basic up to £36,000
  • Bonus earnings up to £42,000+ (Uncapped)
  • Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. Some Saturdays may be required, depending on the workload.

We are currently recruiting for a Centre Manager role within a thriving automotive environment. If you're ready to take the next step in your career, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for..Our cleint is looking for a Centre Manager to be hands-on and have previous experience working as a Vehicle TechnicianDuties:
  • Leading, managing, and inspiring a team of skilled automotive technicians.
  • Creating a high-performance culture focused on success, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring operational performance aligns with business KPIs and customer service expectations.
  • Managing costs and margins to maximise profitability across the centre.
  • Driving revenue growth through smart resource planning and operational efficiency.
  • Setting clear departmental goals and ensuring effective execution to hit targets.
  • Aligning centre strategies with broader company objectives to ensure long-term success.
  • Promoting customer satisfaction and building strong client relationships.
  • Overseeing merchandising and stock management routines to maintain an organised and effective centre.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing technical teams in a fast-paced automotive environment.
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of performance metrics and operational KPIs.
  • A track record of controlling costs and driving profitability.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to manage multiple functions efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Exceptional planning and execution capabilities across departments.
