- Administer London payroll in collaboration with Finance and HR teams.
- Assist with monthly payroll journals for London, Luxembourg, and Singapore.
- Produce year-end payroll reports (e.g. P11Ds, PAYE Settlement Agreement).
- Submit monthly payments not handled by outsourced payroll providers (e.g. Childcare Vouchers, Give as You Earn).
- Support VAT return submissions for offices including Germany and Luxembourg.
- Prepare manual journals for VAT adjustments.
- Assist with data collection for annual tax submissions and support the tax team.
- Complete national statistics surveys and respond to audit requests.
- Manage ENRC invoice processing and scheduling via Basware.
- Handle internal and external ad hoc requests.
- Proactively resolve issues and contribute to project work as needed.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain confidentiality.
- High attention to detail and a methodical work style.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook; familiarity with Aderant, ADP, Word, and PowerPoint is a plus.
- Payroll experience is essential.
- University degree preferred.
- Experience in law firm finance (minimum 2 years) is advantageous.
