Payroll & Accounts Coordinator with International Law FirmBased in Central LondonMondays and Fridays Working from HomePayroll & Accounting Duties:
  • Work closely with HR to manage the payroll for the London office (circa 300 employees)
  • Assist the firm's overseas EMEA entities with their payroll
  • Production of year-end payroll reports (e.g. P11Ds, PSAs)
  • Oversee benefits or benefits in kind payments to staff
  • Provide assistance to the Tax team with UK and EMEA VAT returns
  • Ad hoc project work
Payroll & Accounting Experience:
  • APPLICANTS MUST HAVE WORKED IN A LAW FIRM
  • 2+ years' experience working in a Payroll position
  • Knowledge of 3E/Aderant is highly advantageous
  • ADP and Workday knowledge is beneficial
