This national company is looking for a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to lead their sales strategy, develop new business opportunities, and manage key accounts across their expanding network.

- Lead and grow their sales pipeline while identifying new business opportunities.
- Design and implement innovative marketing and sales proposals.
- Build and manage a strong portfolio of regional and national accounts.
- Collaborate with store teams and our call centre to maximise inbound leads.
- Develop strategic partnerships, including with Chambers of Commerce.
- Monitor industry trends and customer needs to inform business strategy.
- Manage and mentor the Business Development team.
- Minimum 3 years of proven B2B and B2C sales experience, ideally in a multi-site retail environment.
