This national company is looking for a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to lead their sales strategy, develop new business opportunities, and manage key accounts across their expanding network.
This is a high-impact role where your ideas and energy will directly shape the future of their business.What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and grow their sales pipeline while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Design and implement innovative marketing and sales proposals.
  • Build and manage a strong portfolio of regional and national accounts.
  • Collaborate with store teams and our call centre to maximise inbound leads.
  • Develop strategic partnerships, including with Chambers of Commerce.
  • Monitor industry trends and customer needs to inform business strategy.
  • Manage and mentor the Business Development team.
What You'll Need
  • Minimum 3 years of proven B2B and B2C sales experience, ideally in a multi-site retail environment.
