What you'll be doingAs HR Adviser, you'll play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the full HR spectrum:
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle - from job design to interviews and onboarding
  • Providing clear advice on employee relations (disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, redundancy, flexible working)
  • Supporting change, engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Keeping HR policies, systems and procedures up to date
  • Recording and preparing accurate documentation for formal HR processes
  • Working closely with the HR Manager on long-term people strategy

  • Experience handling complex employee relations cases
  • Strong understanding of current employment law
  • Practical experience across the full recruitment cycle
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience), or willingness to work towards it
  • You'll need to be able to travel to different office sites as required.
