This role is crucial in ensuring that the supply chain operations are efficient, data driven, and aligned with the overall business objectives. The Anaplan Connected Planning Solutions Lead acts as the bridge between supply chain processes and technology, driving improvements, and ensuring that the organization can meet its operational goals through effective use of the supply chain systems.Global Supply Chain Business Systems Stewardship / Subject Matter ExpertDevelop deep expertise and keep up to date with evolving end-to-end Global Supply Chain processes enabled by ANAPLAN and future Advanced Planning/Scheduling SystemPlan and execute regular system maintenance activities within Global Supply Chain business systems (e.g. month-end roll-outs and monthly inventory tracking, monitoring of relevant interface and error tables + issue resolution) to enable the seamless execution of SC Business processesDocument, promote and monitor Best Practices across team members, fellow team leads and end-users in the extended organizationManage Business Process Configuration Data (e.g. end-user profiles, item masters,organizational structures, approval hierarchies, item mapping tables across enterprise platforms,etc.)Supply Chain Functional Partnering with Finance (Oracle, SAP, Tagetik & Supply Chain IT) to align supply chain systems and business needsGlobal Supply Chain Business Systems End-User SupportTrack, document and expedite resolution of data, functional and transactional issues within the ServiceNow ticketing flowsAdminister the entry and modification of all master / configuration data within the Global SupplyChain Planning systems, gathering the relevant business approvals and documenting ServiceNowManage relationships with software vendors and service providers to ensure the organization receives optimal support and valueProvide end-users with advice regarding system best practices, and assistance in the resolution of transactional issuesProvide training and support to users of supply chain systems to ensure effective utilizationGlobal Supply Chain Planning Systems Continuous Improvement: software change, development & upgradeIdentify required bug fixes and patches, and contribute to their subsequent application andtesting, in conjunction with Mundipharma IT Services MITS and relevant end-user departmentsIdentify system upgrade requirements and opportunities and contribute to testing and implementing software upgradesContribute to the relevant system alignment and review, regression testing & market roll out activities for SAP roll-outs across entities in collaboration with the OneERP teamReview and where appropriate re-design system related business processes in the context of on-going Global Supply Chain Transformation projects and initiativesSupport the process of continuous improvement and model development with the aim to reduce cost, improve quality and increase efficiencyMaster Control and Central Supply Chain document systemOn an ongoing basis, keep up to date all relevant procedural and best practice documents, following changes in systems and business processes, and ensure relevant end-users training is rolled-out and documented in the corporate eLearning systemParticipate in regular internal and external system and process audits and derive action plans to address audit findingsPerform periodic reviews of systems (including testing) and business process documentation, ensuring continuity of compliance with all Quality and Regulatory Codes of Practice Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptionsGeneralEnsure compliance with statutory duties, regulation and legislation.
