  • Mentor Country Supply Chain Coordinators/Managers in improving level of maturity of their local supply chain operations processes
  • Participate to recruitment and develop high performing supply chain in country
  • Develop and implement a strong and efficient supply chain operations in collaboration with Country/Regional leadership Team
  • Set Country Supply Chain objectives in collaboration with local management and review yearly performance
  • Ensure consistency across regions partnering with other regions and provide guidance aligned with line manager
Forecasting / Local Demand Review
  • Ensure Country Supply Chain follows Ipsen demand review process
  • Responsible to challenge forecast of the region, participating to local demand review meeting where appropriate with country leadership team
  • Lead Regional Demand Review Meetings in collaboration with Global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
Supply & Inventory Management
  • Act as a SPOC for the region and ensure alignment with Global organization
  • Lead definition & approval of internal supply agreement with country leadership team in collaboration with Global S&OP team, considering market model and channels incl inventory policy to optimize cash
Distribution and route to market
  • In collaboration with procurement and local supply chain, set 3rd party logistics partnering aligned with global strategy
  • Measure performance, implement improvement plan and drive efficiency
Manage Upstream domestic flows across US and export from US to ROW (rest of world)
  • Set and drive validation of the logistics network for semi finished good
  • Manage operations in close collaboration with EMO SC and Global Logistics
Contribute to Supply Chain process optimization (Global/Local)In order to be considered for this role you must have:BA/BS is required, preferably in supply chain related area; MBA, MS or advanced degree is a plusAPICS CPIM is a plusExperience working in a global pharmaceutical company with ability to work with international colleagues across time zonesMinimum 10 years of experience in supply chain and specially in country supply chainExperience managing indirect reports (project managing cross functional colleagues, outside vendors, etc.)Good understanding of applicable regulations related to supply of pharmaceutical medicinesKnowledge of and experience working with SAP, excel and demand & supply planning softwareEnglish fluency; French language skills a plusThe annual base salary range for this position is $177,000 - $260,000This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentives program.
