Description:We are looking to recruit a Salaried GP 6 sessions to join our friendly team.We are a stable partnership of 5 - all of whom were salaried at the Practice. £10.5K per session. MDDUS indemnity paid. Contract in line with BMA model contract.15 minute face to face appts, 10 minute telephone appointmentsLow GP home visit numbers - due to our fantastic practice employed ANP team.You are never on your own! Duty doctor system with another GP buddy and ANP support. Duty doc does NOT do any late visits.Minimal Docman due to our administrative staff trained in workflow optimisation.Access to in house Community Link Worker and Mental Health Liaison Nurse and Occupational TherapistFixed numbers of acute scripts due to our in house pharmacy support.Daily team coffee break after morning surgery.Looking to re-establish our in-house PBSGL team. (Appraisal takes care of itself!)Access to in-house joint injections from Dr Howie.We welcome special interests and currently train both medical students and trainee ANPs - opportunity to be involved if interested.We cover 3 well run nursing homes, opportunity to be involved in this if desired.
