The roleAs a Senior Resourcing Analyst you will be the 'go-to' expert within a team of Resource Planning Analysts. The team is responsible for ensuring all airport systems and processes provide internal customers with the right people, in the right place at the right time, with the right skillsets for them to operate efficiently and improve guest experience whilst maintaining compliance and costs. You will also support the Planning Manager and build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, supporting them and challenging where appropriate to ensure the right outcome for the business.What will make you successful in the role?We are looking for someone with extensive experience in resource planning, demand forecasting and supply optimisation in a large scale operation. You'll have excellent excel skills, with the ability to create and maintain complex formula and data manipulation, with the ability to think fast, sport trends and generate new ideas whilst delivering against deadlines.
