
Senior Resourcing Analyst

- Build and adjust workforce models that incorporate demand forecasts, operational shifts, and business transformation impacts
- Create and refine rosters and scheduling patterns that balance operational performance, staff wellbeing, and legal obligations
- Carry out scenario testing and “what if” analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Work closely with teams across operations, HR, finance, and transformation to deliver effective workforce solutions
- Communicate recommendations and insights through clear, evidence-based reporting
- Assist in the introduction and adoption of new planning systems or methods
- Support the implementation of new planning tools or processes as required
- Demonstrated experience in workforce or resource planning, ideally in complex service environments
- Strong numerical and analytical expertise, with advanced Excel skills
- Practical experience in roster design and knowledge of working time legislation and union frameworks
- Ability to analyse complex datasets and translate them into practical recommendations
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with workforce planning tools
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Exposure to transformational change programmes
