About the roleWithin this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role, you will be working on a complex caseload that includes:
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfer of equity
  • Right to buy
  • Sales and purchase
  • Leasehold transactions
  • Lease extensions
  • Deeds of variation
  • Shared ownership
  • New build properties
There will also be exposure to work on some Commercial Property transactions including landlord/tenant, share sales and section 106 agreements.About YouWithin this role, the successful candidate will ideally have at least 5+ years' PQE, is able to work well under pressure and has fantastic communication skills.
