This is the perfect role for graduates considering a future in teaching or learning support and looking to develop their skills in a supportive environment.As part of this English Graduate Opportunity, you will support students with their learning in English and across other subjects, providing one-to-one and small-group assistance to help pupils achieve their academic goals. You will also work closely with teachers to adapt learning resources and create an inclusive and engaging classroom experience.Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the delivery of literacy interventions and developing pupils' reading and writing skills, as well as other primary subjects
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff to meet individual learning needs.
- Helping to create a positive and supportive classroom environment as a Learning Support Assistant.
- A degree in English or a related subject (essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine interest in working with children and supporting their education.
- A positive, proactive approach and the ability to work as part of a team.
