This job is ideal for recent graduates who are looking for the perfect foundation for a career in learning support or those who are considering teaching and would love the opportunity to get hands on experience in the classroom.This role as a Learning Support Assistant for recent graduates will be fulfilling to both the candidates and their pupils. You will have the opportunity to make a great impact on your students as you help give additional support in their learning environment.   • Lead groups in a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Reinforce positive behavior and an optimistic view on learning
  • Act as the first point of call for students if they are struggling with their learning
