Construction Solutions Manager – London (Hybrid)Join a Fast-Growth Construction Tech Scale-UpWe’re partnered with an innovative, VC-backed construction technology company that’s transforming how contractors manage project progress using AI and computer vision. Their platform helps site teams drastically improve visibility, reduce delays, and digitise the entire build process. With major clients across the UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East, they’re scaling fast and looking to bring on an experienced Construction Solutions Manager to support growth in the UK.🏗️ The RoleAs a Construction Solutions Manager, you’ll sit within the wider VDC (Virtual Design & Construction) function and act as the bridge between client project teams and the internal product. You’ll:
  • Translate models, drawings and schedules into a fully coordinated digital twin
  • Lead client-facing onboarding and discovery sessions-working closely with main contractors and site teams
  • Guide internal teams (product, customer success, sales) with your construction expertise
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Continuously refine and feed back into the company’s best practices based on your site knowledge
✅ What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of site-based construction experience (MEP, residential, commercial or industrial)
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows, sequencing, and project delivery
  • BIM software proficiency-particularly Revit and AutoCAD (Navisworks a plus)
  • Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
  • London-based (hybrid role, 3+ days/week in the office)
🚀 Bonus Points For
  • Experience using MS Project, Primavera P6, or PowerProject
  • Prior work in major residential or commercial projects
  • Multilingual (especially French or German)
