- Identifying, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities with Enterprise-level clients. As well as targeting a number of key existing accounts to grow significant revenue, in collaboration with the CSM team.
- Managing the entire sales cycle for inbound and outbound leads, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including middle management and C-level executives.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and performance using Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align on customer satisfaction and cross-sell opportunities.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within Enterprise or SaaS industries, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce CRM and sales cycle management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passionate about music and its ability to transform content and storytelling.
- Experience with tools such as Ironclad or Jira.
- Background in media, music, or SaaS solutions.
