- Support the design and operational effectiveness of an appropriate control environment through regular testing and assessment.
- Validate monitoring activity completed by line managers and control owners to ensure regulatory requirements are met and customer outcomes are are appropriate.
- Conduct regular in depth monitoring reviews of the Consumer business including franchise stores and call listening.
- Provide the Consumer team with written results of this monitoring activity and advise the Regional Compliance Officer, EMEA on control improvements required.
- Delivery of regular assurance reporting on ARs including issues identified, recommendations and timeline for remediation.
- Methodology for risk rating ARs and agents
- Development of AR monitoring standards and expectations
- Development of new AR reporting.
