- Strategic Partnership: Align key talent initiatives and resources with Okta's core business objectives across all functions.
- Talent Sourcing: Own the full-cycle recruitment process, developing and executing strategic sourcing plans to build robust talent pipelines for technical talent.
- Operational Excellence: Drive efficiencies that scale; focused on metrics, process, and technology. Build and align operating rhythms that ensure the team hits established KPIs.
- Partnership & Influence: Work closely with leaders across Finance, HR, and other key business units to deliver short- and long-term talent solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
- Brand Ambassador: Act as a Brand Ambassador and steward of talent for Okta, leading internal and external events to enhance our employer brand.
- Build and drive internal and external talent branding programs (e.g., referral drives, tech talks, webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, blog posts, hiring events).
- Partner directly with internal business leadership and teams across HR, Finance, Operations, Compensation, and Benefits.
- Build and share retroactive and forward-looking analytics with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Work across global locations and time zones, influencing in a matrixed organizational structure.
- Balance short- and long-term goals, delivering on immediate needs while planning for future growth.
- Manage projects and programs within the talent acquisition space.
- Demonstrated experience in a high growth SaaS organization, in a business-facing role with experience recruiting across GTM, G&A and technical roles ideally.
- Aptitude, passion and interest for technology.
- A foundation in data and analytics, including the ability to share talent market insights and success metrics.
