- Manage a full desk, leading both business development and candidate delivery.
- Source, attract, and place high-quality professionals across legal and professional services roles.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted industry expert.
- Deliver on individual and team targets, contributing to the growth of the consultancy.
- Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing best practices and market insights.
- Proven track record in legal or professional services recruitment, ideally with experience managing a 360° desk.
- Strong business development skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Motivated by results and ambitious to progress within a growing consultancy.
