This role involves supporting students with a range of additional needs, including Autism and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges.Role Overview:
- Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (Psychology Graduate)
- Location: Oldham - specialist secondary setting for students with SEN including Autism and SEMH
- Start Date: September 2025 (Immediate start)
- Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm)
- Pay: £95 per day (PAYE - no umbrella fees)
- Potential for a permanent role after an extended period

- Work closely with teachers, school leaders, families, and external professionals such as social workers and psychologists
- Contribute to safeguarding through appropriate reporting to the DSL
