Job description:Your role will sometimes involve welcoming guests, running guest lift, managing cloakroom, serving and clearing food, resetting room, polishing and restocking crockery, glassware and cutlery, and ensuring a clean and tidy environment. You may be asked to complete other tasks in line with business needs. Your main responsibilities will include: - Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude - Running guest lift - Assisting guests with their coats and belongings at cloakroom - Running food from kitchen - Serving food and beverages to guests - Clearing plates and glasses and maintaining a clean and organized dining area - Resetting tables for next guests - Polishing glasses, plates and cutlery - Folding napkins - Conducting cleaning and restocking tasks throughout your shift to ensure a clean and tidy environment ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
