- Medication reviews and hospital medications changes actioned by Clinical Pharmacists reducing GP workload
- Scanning team deal with most coding and actioning of letters so GPs only see their own letters or queries
- In house visiting service so GPs only visit when on call
- We actively encourage participation in practice decisions and service developments through weekly practice meeting
- We support flexible working patterns and part-time working therefore would encourage applicants who wish to combine a clinical role with other professional or personal commitments.
- We provide peer support, educational opportunities and help towards mandatory training and appraisal.
- Applications from experienced or newly qualified GPs are welcome - designation GP supervising each day available for queries and support/mentorship.
- Opportunity for GPs within 12 months of CCT to participate in the NHSE Fellowship
