Contract Options: Full-Time | Part-Time | Weekends | Fixed RotaBlue Arrow is recruiting skilled Class 1 HGV Drivers to support a major client during their busy peak season from August through January. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent, well-paid night work with a structured rota and excellent working conditions.Pay Rates (PAYE):
- Night Shifts (Mon-Fri, 18:00-05:59): £17.80/hour
- Weekend Shifts (Fri 14:00 - Sun 23:59): £22.20/hour
- Overtime & Bank Holidays (Nights): £25.96/hour
- Seasonal Retention Bonus: Earn extra in January for all hours worked during peak!
- Night Shifts: Monday to Friday or Sunday to Saturday
- Start Times: Between 17:00 - 01:00
- All shifts are pre-planned and confirmed at least one week in advance.
- Immediate starts available!
- Driver assessments and inductions arranged within 24 hours.
- Work continues until end of December 2025, with potential for ongoing local work beyond the seasonal period.
- Trunking deliveries across the East Midlands and surrounding areas
- No heavy lifting - occasional cage movements using a tail lift
- Clean, well-organised operation with a strong focus on safety and efficiency
- Valid LGV1 (C+E) licence - new passes welcome!
- Up-to-date Digi Tacho and CPC
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DD/DR/IN codes)
