Shift patterns: Sunday to Thursday - start times available between 15:00-23:00
Location: Trade Team, Burton on Trent - DE14 1PTDHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking experienced LGV C+E (HGV Class 1) Night Drivers to play a vital role in our distribution service.WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
  • Work pattern Sunday to Thursday - set start times available between 15:00-23:00 (flexibility required)
  • Brewery work - trunking of product to other depot - trailer swapping or palletised customer deliveries
  • Some RDC work will include occasional self tip using an electric pump truck
  • Overtime and additional shifts available
  • Work for other business units will be required as part of the role
  • Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
  • You will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Candidates must have a MINIMUM of 12 months commercial LGV C+E driving experience.
  • Suitable candidates MUST live locally to Burton Upon Trent DE14 1PT
