- Joining forces to create and launch impactful employer branding campaigns.
- Managing the platform budget like a boss.
- Guiding regional platform managers to ensure global consistency and brand alignment.
- Get totally fluent in our business vision, proposition, and PVP.
- Map out the current candidate and employee experience, highlighting any pain points and opportunities to shine to inform consolidation efforts.
- Establish clear workflows for running our platforms smoothly. Think efficiency from day one.
- Create a prioritized plan to streamline our platform ecosystem - fewer platforms, bigger impact.
- Run the streamlined platform ecosystem like a well-oiled machine, creating a top-notch experience.
- Make it easier and faster for candidates and employees to get where they need to go. Track journey milestones - think measurable progress.
- Gather feedback and make sure everyone's loving the changes.
- Constantly monitor, tweak, and improve. Think data-driven decisions and happy users.
- Regularly revisit the maps to make sure they still reflect the evolving needs of users.
- Keep an eye on what's next and experiment with new tech to keep our platforms cutting-edge.
- Proven UX design skills, including proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva) demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing accessible designs compliant with WCAG standards.
- Experience mapping complex systems and processes, with a passion for creating seamless and user-friendly experiences.
- Familiarity with analytics dashboards, marketing automation, and CRM systems, coupled with strong data analysis skills to inform design decisions and content strategy.
- Strong Microsoft 365 suite skills and a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with SEO principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, including experience collaborating with developers to implement designs.
- Experience conducting user testing and usability testing to improve designs.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning in UX trends and best practices, including the application of AI in augmenting UX workflows.
- Experience with HRIS systems and talent management platforms.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and best practices.
- Experience with employer branding platforms or website content management systems.
- Experience working in a global environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Planner, Jira, Trello).
