Welcome to East Surrey Community Connections as a Community Links Advisor.Our East Surrey Community Connections service seeks to support individuals aged 16+ with their mental health and emotional wellbeing to connect or re-connect to their community through one-to-one support, wellbeing courses, peer support groups and activities.As our name suggests, both “community” and “connection” are at the heart of everything that we do. We have a deep understanding of the importance of feeling like you belong to a community and that you have a purpose and a role within that community. Our teams work closely with the people that we support, to help them to connect, or reconnect with themselves and the things and the people that are important to them.We believe that recovery is a journey.
