- Develop and implement digital strategies, that engage current and prospective EMEA customers to drive successful business outcomes through multiple digital touchpoints and channels
- Drive the adoption of digital technologies in EMEA across multiple digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Display, Social, Email)
- Deliver digital strategy analysis and help provide insights to positively influence regional and global marketing campaign activities, ensuring their success and improvement for EMEA customers
- Collaborate and influence across a complex and dynamic global, regional and corporate digital marketing organisation to anticipate, optimisation and evolve digital marketing strategies and
- Apply strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels, teams and customer touch points
- Review and communicate digital marketing metrics, making strategic insights and recommendations, in collaboration with EMEA and global analytics teams
- Manage and continuously improve digital marketing campaign workflows and intake processes with our marketing team members and vendors
- Educate and influence non-digital partners on new data sources, digital marketing capabilities and technologies and how to best use them in their go to market strategies
- Mentor and train junior digital marketing specialists to become experts in deploying tactics on digital marketing channels
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong experience in building multi-channel B2B digital marketing strategies
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, experience in dealing with multiple and diverse internal collaborators, and interacting with business and technology partners across all organisational levels
- Extensive digital marketing execution experience in SEM, SEO, Social Media, Email, Website and Display demonstrating knowledge in digital marketing methodologies and processes
- Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills and can visualize metrics to clearly communicate key insights
- Able to manage budgets and familiar with digital marketing financial planning and strategy
- Strong project management and organisational abilities
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively as well as identify and resolve problems by completing tasks with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand digital marketing requirements within a complex and dynamic business environment
- Advanced level of English
