- Maintain exceptional standards of contract management with clients and supply chains by implementing streamlined, robust processes.
- Lead proactive governance of Anglian Water's projects by managing change, risk, and opportunities effectively.
- Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with @one Alliance supply chains, promoting incentivized outperformance and clear contractual understanding.
- Provide regular reporting on expenditure forecasts, risk/opportunity management, and TOTEX commercial performance for individual projects.
- Support construction teams by ensuring projects achieve and surpass delivery milestones safely and efficiently.
- Drive transformation of commercial processes through automation and innovative ways of working, embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
- Contribute to team and individual development initiatives, including succession planning and career growth strategies to strengthen business capabilities.
- Proven experience managing large commercial teams handling project programmes exceeding £50m annually within a Principal Contractor environment.
- Deep expertise in commercial and financial processes and systems, ideally within contracting and construction sectors.
- Strong knowledge of NEC3, PSC, and ECC contracts, particularly Option C, managing relationships with clients and supply chains.
- A history of implementing best practices and inspiring teams as a motivational leader, skilled in communicating complex strategies clearly.
- A trusted commercial expert who operates with integrity and accountability, embraces collaboration, welcomes new ideas, and supports team development.
