Description and requirementsSkanska, one of the world's leading project development and construction groups, is an inclusive and responsible business that is helping to build a better society.We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join our Infrastructure Water team in Peterborough.What you'll do:
  • Manage and report the Business Unit's financial position using Owner's commercial systems.
  • Collate data and report on overall commercial performance of the Business Unit.
  • Report programme and project-level performance to ensure commercial progress and efficiencies.
  • Report on commercial/financial initiatives and strategies to outperform budgets.
  • Support proactive management of time, cost, and quality.
  • Ensure governance and change management are implemented and understood.
  • Manage reporting processes for all KPIs and KPMs.
  • Be accountable for cost assurance in the Business Unit.
What you'll bring to the role:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Experience in senior leadership role
  • Significant experience of Project & Programme Construction delivery
  • Knowledge of Utility Operations
