Are you a skilled Field Service Engineer with a strong background in electrical and electronic engineering? Do you thrive in a hands-on role, providing top-quality technical expertise and customer support? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our National Service Team!Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site repairs, commissioning, servicing, and calibration of inline inspection equipment.
  • Conduct upgrades and refurbishments at customer sites.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
  • Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Complete all necessary documentation accurately and on time.
  • Participate in the on-call standby rota as required.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical electrical/electronic skills.
  • Minimum BTEC/ONC/HNC qualification in electromechanical/electrical engineering.
  • Experience in a field service role (commissioning, repairs, servicing, and customer support).
  • Basic PLC programming knowledge and familiarity with PC hardware (advantageous).
  • Proficiency in PC literacy.
  • Organised and methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Full UK driving licence.
