- Repair and service of all the machinery and equipment present in Hiab's crane and multilift product range, including third party equipment
- Complete all service, repair, warranty and inspection jobs allocated daily, to a high quality standard
- Build strong rapport and relationships with customers, through professional behaviour and a customer focused mindset
- Respond to routine enquiries from customers about the technical aspects of the organisation's products and services
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve standard technical problems that arise, ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- Develop skills and knowledge of the organisation's products and services
- Comply with all Legal and company standards, such as code of conduct and H&S practices.
- A recognised engineering apprenticeship or similar qualification
- Existing knowledge of some or all of the following plant: loader cranes, truck mounted forklifts, forestry cranes, demountables and skip loaders
- Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills
- Flexibility with regards to tasks performed, and working hours
- Computer literacy
- Fluent English.
