  • Service, maintain, and repair mechanical handling and lifting equipment
  • Carry out inspection, warranty, and repair work to high quality standards
  • Diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently
  • Complete all job documentation accurately and promptly
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a professional approach
  • Follow safety procedures and support wider health & safety initiatives
  • Continuously develop product and technical knowledge
Key Skills & Requirements
  • Mechanical, Hydraulic, or Electrical Engineering background
  • Multi-skilled with hands-on experience in mechanical, hydraulic & DC electrical systems
  • Familiar with diagnostic tools and software
  • Confident using laptops, tablets, and smartphones for reporting and diagnostics
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Quality-focused with a proactive attitude to learning and improvement
  • Able to build trust and long-term rapport with customers
