  • Field sales role selling the design and manufacture of conservatory and solid/ tiles roofing systems as well as full off-site construction extensions
  • Selling into window retailers, home improvement/ double glazing companies and window fabricators
  • Responsible for circa 50-70 active spending accounts and circa £6.8m turnover
  • Inheriting an area which has historically performed well against budget expectations and is currently performing 15% over budget expectations
  • Tasked with growing the area by approx. 15-20%
  • 50% of your time will focus on generating new accounts via the windows, doors and conservatory sales channel, 50% winning business from existing accounts
  • Average order value between £3,000 and £5,000
  • Producing sales and activity reports
  • 80% of your time will be spent in Scotland, 20% North East of England (Ireland will only be one of two visits per annum)
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Window Frames, Composite Doors & GRP Roofing with:
  • Previous system house experience selling into window retailers, home improvement / double glazing companies or window fabricators
  • Ideally sold window frames, composite doors or related GRP roofing products
  • Field sales proven track record from a home improvement of construction background
  • Conservatory roof or window industry related background may be advantageous
  • Comfortable selling high end, value added aspirational lifestyle products
  • Excellent field sales organisation shills
  • Target driven and ambition
  • Strong account management and new business prospecting ability
  • Tonnes of “get up and go”
