- Ideally has previous experience, Level 3 NVQ, or is a graduate with a strong interest in early years education.
- A team player who is confident, enthusiastic, and eager to support children in their learning journey.
- Passionate about nurturing young children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Comfortable working under the guidance of an experienced EYFS Team Leader, contributing to lesson delivery, play, and care routines.
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of creative and stimulating learning activities.
- Supporting children's development across the EYFS framework.
- Contributing to classroom setup, organisation, and the preparation of engaging resources.
- Leading or assisting with specific curriculum areas, as agreed with the team leader.
- Supervising playtimes, snack times, and transitions throughout the school day.
- Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress in collaboration with teaching staff.
- Building strong relationships with children, staff, and families to create a warm and inclusive environment.
