Employment Type: Full-time, PermanentWe are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our marketing team at a leading property developer. This role offers the opportunity to implement innovative marketing strategies across multiple channels while supporting exciting residential developments.Key Responsibilities
- Manage media schedules across press, outdoor, and digital channels including social media
- Develop and manage digital campaigns using Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC
- Maintain company websites and manage Rightmove/Zoopla content weekly
- Plan and execute innovative UK events and email marketing campaigns
- Coordinate international office marketing collateral and overseas exhibitions
- Create sales tools including CGI imagery, promotional videos, and interactive content
- Manage photography coordination and maintain image databases
- Develop customer case studies and manage PR agency relationships
- Oversee external agencies and ensure brand guidelines compliance
- Experience in similar marketing role, preferably within property development
- Marketing degree preferred
- Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and Microsoft Dynamics C360 experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
