We're looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who can balance data with creativity, stretch a modest budget with impact, and lead digital engagement across multiple channels and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who loves building brands, growing communities, and working in a fast-evolving policy and travel landscape.The Role
This is a leadership role where you'll guide the strategy and day-to-day work of a tight-knit digital marketing team responsible for the overall brand voice and visibility.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Oversight
- Help evolve the digital marketing strategy across website, email and social media - aligning with the organisation's mission, values and audience needs.
- Collaborate closely with PR and internal teams to shape consistent, on-brand messaging.
- Line manage two marketers - a Senior Content Executive and a Marketing Executive - developing their skills, nurturing creativity, and ensuring high performance.
- Review digital performance weekly with the team and iterate fast - this role is highly analytical.
- Track, report and optimise performance across socials, email, and web (using GA4, native platform insights, etc.).
- Lead content creation across all social channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube (YouTube strategy is a key growth area).
- Oversee content development for the website, ensuring it's engaging, accessible and aligned with SEO and messaging priorities.
You're a confident marketer who can think strategically and act tactically. You understand how to balance performance metrics with creative energy, and you know how to lead a small team.Essentials:
- Experience line-managing at least one direct report (two in this role).
- Proven track record in digital content strategy and social media management.
- Highly analytical - comfortable reviewing performance data, reporting insights, and pivoting fast.
- Strong content creation skills - especially across LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and web.
- Experience working cross-functionally with PR, comms, or policy teams to align messaging.
- Excellent written communication - you know how to make a message resonate across different tones and audiences.
