We are seeking a driven and experienced Section Manager to lead the delivery of planned works across a large-scale social housing programme in Wolverhampton. This includes managing void refurbishments, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, electrical works, roofing, and SHDF-funded elementals.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple workstreams.
  • Manage subcontractors and direct labour to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate with tenants, client representatives, and internal teams to minimise disruption and maintain satisfaction.
  • Monitor progress, budgets, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Report on KPIs, programme milestones, and risk mitigation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing planned works in social housing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of voids, kitchens, bathrooms, electrics, roofing, and SHDF-funded retrofit works.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications (or equivalent).
  • Full UK driving licence.
