- Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple planned work packages.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain programme targets.
- Liaise with residents and client representatives to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Monitor health & safety compliance and maintain site documentation.
- Support the Site Manager and Project Manager in reporting and delivery.
- Proven experience in managing planned works, ideally in social housing.
- Strong knowledge of K&Bs, roofing, and window/door installations.
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme momentum.
