We are seeking a proactive and experienced Section Manager / Assistant Site Manager to join our team delivering planned works across a variety of packages including Kitchens & Bathrooms, Roofing, and Windows & Doors. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected social housing client in Bloxwhich, contributing to the improvement of homes and communities.🔧 Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple planned work packages.
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain programme targets.
  • Liaise with residents and client representatives to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Monitor health & safety compliance and maintain site documentation.
  • Support the Site Manager and Project Manager in reporting and delivery.
🧰 Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing planned works, ideally in social housing.
  • Strong knowledge of K&Bs, roofing, and window/door installations.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme momentum.
