- To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently.
- To assist with the running for the Service and Parts department, maintaining efficiency and profitability
- To ensure all brand policy and legal regulations are adhered to stringently
- Accurately maintain the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
- Assist with the management and coaching of the service team
- Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements.
- Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the business.
- Experience within service management
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Have a good attitude to work at all times.
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience within the automotive sector
- Experience with Kerridge is beneficial
- Strong customer service skills
- An understanding of Vehicles and common issues
